Return and Refund Policy

At Atas Canvas, every artwork is produced in a strictly limited edition of five prints. Because of this, we handle returns and refunds a little differently from a typical retail store. This page explains exactly where you stand if something isn't right with your order.

All Sales Are Final

Since each piece is part of a limited edition and produced specifically for the collector who purchases it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Once your order is confirmed, your edition is reserved and prepared for you, so please take your time reviewing size, framing, and artwork details before checking out.

Damaged or Defective Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, or you receive a piece with a genuine production defect, we will make it right.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the artwork and the packaging it arrived in
  • Share your order number and a brief description of the issue

Once we've reviewed your case, we will either arrange a replacement, provided the edition still has prints available, or issue a refund to your original payment method. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible, as this window allows us to properly assess shipping damage with our courier partners.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, reach out to us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production or shipping. Once your artwork has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Our Buyback Programme

We understand that circumstances change. If you decide your artwork no longer fits your space, Atas Canvas offers a buyback option for previously purchased pieces. You can choose to:

  • Sell the piece back to us at 25% of your original purchase price, or
  • Receive 50% off your next artwork purchase

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect, as processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
