3. Limited Edition Policy
All artworks available on Atas Canvas are produced in strictly limited editions of five (5) prints.
Once an edition is sold out, it will not be reprinted.
Each purchase includes a Certificate of Authenticity with edition number and artist details.
4. Product Information
We strive to display artwork images, colors, and details as accurately as possible. However:
- Screen variations may cause slight color differences.
- Artwork size may vary slightly due to framing or finishing.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these natural variations.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received.
6. Order Processing
Once an order is placed:

- Your limited-edition artwork will be prepared, framed (if selected), and packaged.
- Shipping timelines will vary based on your location.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order under rare circumstances (payment issues, stock limitations, or technical errors).

Delivery timelines vary based on destination and framing choice.
Atas Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events.
Shipping includes:

- Insurance for artwork value (where applicable)
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the limited-edition and delicate nature of our artworks, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged:
- You must notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos and order details We will review your case and arrange a replacement if available or issue a refund where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All artwork images, text, branding elements, and website content remain the intellectual property of Atas Canvas or the respective artists. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written consent.
