1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Atas Canvas. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of atascanvas.com, including browsing our collections, creating an account, and placing an order. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with Atas Canvas. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide us is accurate.
3. Our Products
Atas Canvas offers limited-edition photographic canvas artworks, produced in editions of five prints per design. Full details on edition numbers, authenticity, and production are set out in our Terms & Conditions page. Once an edition sells out, it is not reprinted.
4. Accounts
You may browse our site without an account, but an account is required to check out faster and track your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised use.
5. Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our website is an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as pricing errors, stock limitations, or suspected fraud.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery timelines depend on your location and any framing selected. Atas Canvas is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Full shipping details are covered in our Terms & Conditions page.
7. Returns and Refunds
Because our artworks are limited-edition and made to order, all sales are final except in cases of damage or defect. Our full Return and Refund Policy explains how to raise a claim, our buyback programme, and how refunds are processed.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including artwork images, photographs, text, logos, and design elements, is the property of Atas Canvas or our featured photographers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
When using our site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
